It was a pleasure to meet with Prof. John Walton Sanders (Wake Forest School of Medicine and the Hefner VAMC, Winston-Salem, NC, USA) to discuss the unmet needs in the treatment of Candida osteoarticular infections.

The abstract entitled: ‘Outcomes of Candida Bone and Joint Infections in Eight Patients from a Phase 3 Open-label Study (FURI)’ was presented at IDWeek 2021 (Virtual), 28 September – 3 October 2021.
